Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the chicken broth over them. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cover the cooker.
- Cook the Chicken: Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is tender and can be easily shredded with forks.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks, then return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- Mix in Cheese and Mayonnaise: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Spoon the creamy shredded chicken mixture onto the sandwich buns and top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Melt the Cheese: Place the assembled sandwiches under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until the mozzarella melts and becomes bubbly.
