- 2 tablespoons collagen peptides or plant-based protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Gather Ingredients: Collect all ingredients and make sure your frozen fruits are ready for blending.
- Combine Fruits and Coconut Milk: In a high-speed blender, add the frozen peaches, pineapple, and mango, followed by the unsweetened coconut milk.
- Add Flavorings and Optional Ingredients: Pour in the lemon juice, lemon zest, freshly grated ginger, and honey or your choice of sweetener. Add collagen peptides or plant-based protein powder and chia seeds if using.
