Instructions
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture using an electric mixer or whisk until completely smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Gently fold in the finely diced fresh strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Assemble the Wonton Bites: Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Spoon about ½ to ¾ teaspoon of the strawberry cheesecake filling into the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges with water using your finger, fold diagonally into a triangle, and press edges firmly to seal. Place wrapped wontons on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
