Description

This Cranberry Macadamia Nut Fudge is an easy and delightful holiday treat featuring creamy white chocolate, crunchy macadamia nuts, and tart dried cranberries. Perfect for festive gatherings or gifting, this no-bake fudge combines sweetness and texture in every bite, making holiday bliss accessible with minimal effort and only a few ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips (substitute with semi-sweet or dark chocolate if preferred)
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk (do not substitute with evaporated milk or cream)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Add-ins and Toppings

  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts (chopped, reserve some for topping; can substitute with walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries (reserve some for garnish; can substitute with raisins or dried cherries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all necessary ingredients and set up a medium glass mixing bowl to combine the fudge components.
  2. Melt Mixture: In the mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Microwave the mixture initially for 90 seconds, then stir gently. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Stir the melted mixture until mostly smooth. Then add the pure vanilla extract along with the chopped macadamia nuts and dried cranberries, keeping some nuts and cranberries aside for topping purposes.
  4. Transfer & Chill: Pour the fudge mixture into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Spread it evenly, then sprinkle the reserved macadamia nuts and cranberries on top for added texture and decoration.
  5. Set Fudge: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or until the fudge is fully set and firm.
  6. Serve: Once set, slice the fudge into 1-inch squares and enjoy as a festive treat or gift.

Notes

  • Use pure vanilla extract for the best flavor.
  • Reserve some nuts and cranberries for an attractive topping.
  • Do not substitute sweetened condensed milk with evaporated milk or cream as this affects texture and sweetness.
  • For a different flavor profile, swap macadamia nuts with walnuts or pecans.
  • Dried cranberries can also be substituted with raisins or dried cherries depending on preference.
  • Ensure the fudge is well chilled for the proper consistency before slicing.
