Instructions
- Season the chicken: In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with all the seasonings.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken pieces are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Prepare the tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce evenly over each tortilla. Then, distribute the cooked chicken evenly over each tortilla, followed by sprinkling the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Form and grill the wraps: Fold each tortilla over the filling to form a wrap. In the same non-stick pan, place the wraps and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese inside melts and the tortillas become golden and crispy.
- Serve: Remove the wraps from the pan, cut each in half for easier handling, garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately while warm.
